For this assignment, I expanded on my original user research to develop user stories, narrative scenarios, design requirements, and a core value proposition for StudyBuddy, a tutoring‑match app designed for college students. The project focuses on identifying real user needs—both for students seeking help and tutors hoping to offer it—and turning those insights into actionable design decisions.
I created three user stories and selected two to develop into four narrative scenarios: two “pain point” stories and two “solution” stories that illustrate how the app resolves those challenges. From these narratives, I defined key content, functional, and experience requirements, emphasizing flexibility, clarity, and a judgment‑free user environment. The final value proposition, “Help Is Just a Swipe Away,” highlights StudyBuddy’s core goal: making academic support as simple and approachable as scrolling through your favorite apps.
This project demonstrates my ability to translate research into user-centered design decisions while crafting clear, narrative‑driven UX documentation.
